Completing the form will give you access to your Henri coaching program.
You are authorizing Synergy Money Coach to share access to your coaching platform for collaboration with onboarding and ongoing strategy advice.
Synergy Money Coach logs-in to your account through the coaching shared portal. This does not give Synergy Money Coach access to your passwords.
You have the ability to remove data sharing with your Synergy Money Coach at any point, but means losing any additional 1:1 support available for collaboration purposes.
You are not required to add any sensitive data inside of the Henri program such as SIN and full account numbers.
